Blue House Catering’s creator, more of a “lifestyle artist” than chef or manager. Good-natured Aquarian who thinks life is just a kick. Believes strongly in the Golden Rule - people truly should treat others as they wish to be treated. Thinks that education is great, but experience speaks volumes. Wishes that people would smile more, and strives to be “that” person who makes people wonder “what the heck is he smiling about?”
Likes: Fusion menus, Liquor as an ingredient in food, colorful palates, Strong coffee, Theme parties, Celebrating life itself, Eating outdoors, People who pay attention to the world around them, and having a sense of personal style.
Dislikes: Banquet servers on autopilot, deli trays, fast food, warm champagne, “over the hill” type birthday themes, telemarketers who call and pretend to know him, generic anything, and general lack of appropriateness and etiquette.
Final word: “don’t take life
too seriously, you’ll never get out of it alive”

Born and raised in Tucson, married for 24 years with a 22 year old daughter. Currently, I am an owner of “The Dive Shop” scuba diving business and love traveling around the world scuba diving. I have been wait staffing privately and working with numerous Tucson Caterers for 12 years, Blue House is the BEST! My favorite foods are the homemade breads & anything with shrimp!

I’m from Phoenix and currently attending the University of Arizona for a degree in Marketing and International Business. I love sneaking bites of the Bleu Cheese Artichoke dip from the kitchen when nobody is looking!
