Pasta bar: $14.25/person
Penne pasta served with an assortment of sauces: Pesto, Rosa (creamy tomato) & classic
Marinara Sauce. Served with your choice of freshly grated parmesan cheese, feta cheese,
sundried tomatoes, roasted pine nuts, roasted veggies, sauteed spinach, grilled chicken strips
and mini meatballs complete your pasta bar experience.
Visions of Potato Heaven: $14.75/person
Whipped Yukon gold potato bar with seared, grilled chicken breast and thinly sliced beef
tenderloin paired with three choices of gravy: roasted garlic cream, sherry & shitake mushroom
with caramelized shallots in a pinot noir & balsamic reduction. An assortment of vegetables and
cheeses such as chives, steamed broccoli, sauteed spinach, sauteed red, green & yellow/orange
peppers, sour cream, mushrooms, pepper jack cheese etc. Chef whims will be added!
