Penne pasta served with an assortment of sauces: Pesto, Rosa (creamy tomato) & classic
Marinara Sauce. The pasta bar experience is enhanced with your choice of Italian cheeese blend,
feta cheese, roasted pine nunts, colorful pepper saute, sauteed mushrooms, sauteed spinach,
grilled chicken strips, Italian sausage and mini meatballs.
Visions of Potato Heaven: $15.25/person
Whipped Yukon gold potato with a number of choices to customize: Seared, grilled chicken breast,
and thinkly sliced beef tenderloin paired with three choices of sauce: roated garlic cream sauce,
sherry and shitake mushroom sauce and caramelized shallots in pinot noir-balsamic reductions.
As if this weren't enough, an assortment of toppings such as chives, steamed broccoli, sauteed spinach,
sauteed colorful peppers, sour cream, mushrooms and pepperjack cheese will be availabe. chef whims
will be added.
